Ford GT40

This is five-time LeMans winner Derek Bell behind the wheel of a 1966 model GT40 Mk.I built by Pathfinder Motorsports doing a demonstration run at Sebring International Raceway’s 24-hour course. Derek, also a former Formula 1 driver, is driving with a passenger who won a charity demo drive. Filmed during the HSR Sebring Fall Classic Races on December 6, 2009, this GT40 won the US Vintage Grand Prix in its class and later won the New York Governor’s Cup Race. It is a continuation model built by Superformance and is chassis number GT40P/2090. It is registered in the Safir GT40 and Shelby Registries. GT40/Rs are sold exclusively by Pathfinder Motorsports for vintage racing. For more info: www.GT40racing.com

The Ford GT 108 is an important car in the history of racing. It was the first car built by Ford Advanced Vehicles division. The first of four roadsters and the only Ford GT driven by Jim Clark.

Ford GT 108 was built for Shelby American as a prototype, test bed and promotional platform. It never saw any competition on the track but drivers such as Ken Miles, Sir Stirling Moss and Jack Brabham all had a chance behind the wheel.

Even Carroll Shelby and Henry Ford II had their turn in the car…You can almost imagine the conversation going on between those two as they drove around the track in GT 108.

Please don't listen to advices on internet, everybody's expert here. Appreciate advice from professionals and producers irl. Your touch in the videos is individual and unique, just perfect it by your own standards with only adjusting, what you feel comfortable adjusting. I liked all your videos the way they are, they have a good story from beginning to the end. That story is personally the thing that hooks me on. Good music too :)
